The staff was AMAZING. Ana, Jesus, George, and Cristina were always friendly. Maria and Miriam at reception were very helpful. The pools and sunbathing areas were clean. This was important.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I returned and found our rooms cleaned daily with fresh bedding. Staff on both sides of the hotel were always ready to help and polite. The food offered varied selections including fresh salads. Reception staff were always ready to help with any queries, reassuring.

The pool area in building one felt a little small, it could use more seating.

The hotel features two distinct buildings, each with its own pool area. Building 2 has a nicer pool with more sunbeds and ample sunshine throughout the day. A water taxi service operates just outside the hotel, providing quick transport for a small fee.

The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are provided. Rooms offer a side sea view along with a decent-sized balcony. The rooms are well maintained.

the location is convenient there's easy access to nearby beaches and public transportation. the staff was helpful and friendly ray in particular was very funny and gave his best as an animator. i appreciated the variety of food options with different themes each day like mexican chinese and seafood.

the pool area seemed to need a good cleaning i noticed leaves and twigs floating in it often. the animation team lacked enthusiasm they didn't sort teams for water polo. the bar by the pool opened late and closed early limiting access to drinks and snacks during certain hours.

The gym was rather LIMITED. It was a small room and had only a few treadmills. There was one old weights machine thrown in (nothing special). I expected a better fitness area for a hotel of this size.

The location proved acceptable, providing convenient access to nearby attractions.

The room quality was subpar. The beds were just two singles pushed together, each with wheels. The noise level was also high, impacting sleep quality.
