Good Stay Near the Train Station
convenient location complimentary sweets free slippers
The hotel's location is very convenient. I found the proximity to the train station especially useful. Each day, I enjoyed the complimentary sweets and flavored water available in the reception area. I also requested and received slippers at no extra charge.

location is fine, but issues abound
noisy air conditioning thin towels
the location suited my needs well.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It kept me awake. also, the towels felt rather old and thin.. not what i would expect. the lack of attention to detail was surprising.

missing paint worn desk
The location was good near the train station. The staff seemed friendly.
The minibar was empty. I found no water or anything else. The desk looked quite worn with missing paint. I would have hoped for better for the price.

central location modern room
the location was near the train station it made travel easy i also found a shopping mall close by the cleanliness of the rooms impressed me everything felt modern and fresh
the air conditioning made a noise it sounded like a machine gun and woke me up

Acceptable stay overall
comfortable room spacious room clean bathroom missing amenity worn desk worn chair
I appreciated the comfortable room i had. it was spacious and very clean. the bathroom was lovely. It also had a good selection of tea and coffee.
The amenities were missing. there was no water or anything in the minibar. the desk and the chair in the room were well worn. Paint was missing on parts of the desk for example.

awkward bathroom short shower hose
The bathroom design felt awkward. I struggled to reach the toilet paper while using the toilet. I had to place the paper on the sink counter for easier access. The sink was also too small to comfortably wash my face. The shower cubicle could be wider, as dirt gathered in a corner unreachable due to the short hose.
