I appreciated the very helpful, polite, and efficient staff available at the 24/7 reception. The location is excellent as it is close to the Arena and various transportation options like trains, metro, and buses. A great supermarket is conveniently located next door I found a coffee machine in reception.

The hotel staff were professional and well-mannered and. Check-in and checkout were quick and hassle-free which added to the overall convenience I experienced at the hotel.

The beds were nice and neat I also found the shower to be super clean. The towels provided were clean, pure white, and in excellent condition and I had no issues when using them .

The location suited me well (it was REALLY close to the venue).
I was annoyed by the extra charges. I needed to store my luggage before check-in, but they wanted to charge an additional fee for that service. I find this ridiculous. the room lacked basic amenities. Even a hairdryer required extra payment or a one-hour loan from reception. This policy felt cheap and inconvenient.

I liked the location a lot. It was very close to the train station. I found several places nearby to grab food. The supermarket right next door was useful.

I noticed many restaurants are near the hotel, giving diverse dining options. A Febo is only five minutes away, if you are looking for some quick burgers and milkshakes. There are many possibilities for shopping and food right in front of the hotel.
