Acceptable Stay but With Room for Improvement

convenient locationproblematic room keyroom security
The location was quite convenient, placing me right in the center of everything.
My room key presented a frustrating challenge. It took multiple attempts, often requiring assistance from the staff, to unlock the door EACH time I returned. This issue caused unnecessary delays and a nagging concern regarding the security of the room.
