bright room central location luggage storage
the twin room canal view was bright. the room was clean. the central location allowed convenient walking access to many attractions. staff provided luggage storage after checkout, a helpful service.
the room decor appears a bit outdated.

I loved our spacious room! It was a lovely apartment-type room. This gave us a very private experience. The location was fantastic! The view overlooked the River. It looked so lovely at night.
The hotel is older and it needs a bit of sprucing up.

The hotel is located perfectly for seeing all main attractions. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. I loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood, so we could relax at night after a day of exploring.

There are several restaurants and cafés near the hotel. We found some AMAZING!!! spots just a few minutes away. It was so convenient to grab a bite whenever we wanted without needing to travel far.

Adequate Stay with Disappointing Cleanliness
broken shower head unclean bathroom
The location was quite good, offering easy access to the central areas.
I found some issues. The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. I noticed the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the shower head was broken. Also I was unable to open the windows. The issues impacted my stay negatively.
