friendly staff complimentary drinks
The staff at the front desk were quite friendly. they held my luggage after i checked out. the room was spacious. a mini fridge had free drinks in it. it was very welcome. coffee and tea were available for free all day in the lobby. This was a very nice touch.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

central location helpful staff convenient parking
the location was central (it made getting around quite easy). the staff were helpful with directions. bike parking was available right next to the building. (very useful)
The cleanliness wasn't completely perfect. I noticed slight issues in the bathroom.

the location IS excellent , near the train station. the staff was very helpful, especially during the day. i also appreciated the good breakfast provided EACH morning.

defective door outside noise
The staff was lovely at reception. They were helpful and pleasant. The shower had good water pressure and fast hot water.
The room was small and basic. It lacked shelves or drawers for storage. The Juliet balcony door did not close properly so there was a lot of noise from outside.
