The hotel's proximity to public transport was amazing, with a tram stop right across the street! I used it a lot. The staff were very kind. They offered helpful recommendations when I asked for them.

The hotel offered 24-hour reception, a great convenience for late arrivals or early departures. Luggage storage was available, which I appreciated! Snacks and drinks were for sale at all hours.
