the hotel's location is super convenient a supermarket is across the street open till late. the tram stop is nearby making it easy to reach various attractions. i appreciated the elevator especially with luggage. the bathroom looked super clean with fresh towels.

the room felt quite small with little space to move around. the bunk beds tended to be squeaky at the slightest movement i found it a bit bothersome during the night. pillow comfort also was not ideal.

the staff was friendly plus they provided assistance when needed. they fixed the safe quickly upon my arrival. i appreciated their prompt response and helpfulness the service was acceptable.

This hotel is near many museums and a supermarket, I found this very useful. The staff were nice and helpful. .. it's a great advantage. I found the room clean, and the bedding was fresh and smelled good.

The window in my room was not well-insulated, thus cold air entered. This made it hard for me to sleep well because of the cold. I had to contact the reception about noisy neighbors.
