The staff was friendly, I thought. Good wifi was available, too. I received a voucher for reduced rate parking nearby. I found the bed comfortable. It was a good experience.

I booked a room without a window. It was not ideal. The room felt very claustrophobic, I felt. The TV was too high up on the wall. It was hard to see the screen properly.

I knew what I was getting because I stayed before. It was clean and prepared when I arrived. The area was quiet. I slept well. I appreciated the simplicity and ease of the checkout process! The location is ideal for accessing local shops. Public transportation and the coach station are nearby, a plus.

The TV placement was too high. A minor inconvenience, though.

Great for Group Hiking Trip

I thought it would be a low quality stay. I took 13 customers there. We were hiking. The receptionist was fantastic. She was smiley and engaging. The check-in was the fastest. Everything was ready by name and phone numbers.

The room was small. It was a tight space. I did not like the harsh lighting used. There was a lack of a common area. It seemed unfriendly. The reception staff seemed fine.

The double room had a window. It had a comfortable bed. A tv was also included. I could ask for a hairdryer at reception. An iron was available.

The receptionist was fantastic. She was on it and polite. The check-in process was very quick. Staff offered extra pillows. They acknowledged customers. It was helpful and kind.
