the spa facilities were a delight, particularly the sauna. the weather allowed me to enjoy the outdoor infinity jacuzzi. i found the mix of the outdoor scenery and the massaging bubbles amazing.
the main bar ran out of a number of drinks i wanted to try. i was also disappointed that main mealtimes were pushed back to 7 pm. the clubhouse bar closed quite early at 5 pm.

The reception provided a warm welcome. The room was highly decorated and clean. I took a gentle stroll around the grounds. The restaurant looked beautiful and the food tasted gorgeous. I had a full English breakfast, buffet style. The outdoor infinity pool had amazing views. The indoor facilities felt cute.
The sauna and steam room was a little too hot.

Charlotte at reception was super helpful. She offered complimentary drinks! the room we got was warm and nicely decorated, overlooking the golf course. christmas trees decorated the hotel beautifully. the outdoor infinity pool was AMAZING!!!
The men's changing room needed some tidying. There were towels and robes scattered around.

It was great there was secure access too. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of options. The staff were happy to make porridge, which I really appreciated!!!
I was a bit disappointed that the spa was fully booked. I stayed for two nights and couldn't access it. As a result, I ate and spent time elsewhere.
