fantastic stay near everything
friendly stafffantastic locationsoundproof roomfunny smell
the staff were so friendly and helpful it was a fantastic location for the lancashire cricket ground a short walk down talbot road m and s and tesco are close by too i had a great room that was reasonably soundproof
funny smell in one of our rooms i stayed in two a fan made noise all night and the lights shone on it right above the bed it made it difficult to sleep the bed was very soft and the pillows were old and flat only one of our party of four slept quite an uncomfortable night

the hotel is in a great location near lancashire cricket ground it is only a short walk down talbot road and close to both m and s and tesco supermarkets too

the staff are very helpful they were always available to offer assistance when needed the receptionist was very polite and professional upon arrival and i was greeted warmly

breakfast was good with a full english breakfast available or choices of baps and continental options were extensive pancakes were even available too

the team was friendly and cute. the food at dinner was amazing i would definitely recommend the steak biryani.
we stayed two nights and no one cleaned the room. we had to go to reception to ask for more toilet paper. a hair dryer was missing in the room, so we had to ask for it too. we had to take out the trash ourselves since nobody came to clean the room.
