The reception staff were professional and helpful, I found this to be a positive aspect of my stay.

The twin beds in my room were not very comfortable. I felt they were more like camp beds. Dirty plasters were present on the bathroom floor. Doors slammed closed often, slow closing doors would improve the noise level.

I had the most wonderful time ! the staff were friendly and were really good too ensure i was comfortable. the cleanliness of the room was perfect, a big plus for me, and the speedy service for extra amenities like dental kits was excellent. It took only five minutes. i really appreciated the warm welcome and helpful attitude from everyone.

the car park fee was a little unexpected since it wasn't clearly stated online, a minor inconvenience but it didn't overshadow the rest of my amazing stay.

my room was spacious and very clean, a great combination. i really enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel's pet-friendly policy, included a bed and a dog bowl provided for my dog, was wonderful.
