The breakfast buffet had many choices. i could choose from both hot and cold options. my room had a comfortable king-size bed. there was also a convenient desk i used to catch up on some work. the location was great. It was really close to the city centre.
the tv in the room was a bit on the smaller side.

friendly staff breakfast choices weird smell tired room
The staff were very friendly! They helped with directions. Breakfast included many choices. Bacon, sausage, and eggs were available. Cereal, fruit, and juices completed the options. I asked about allergies, and they quickly assisted me. The WIFI code was given when I checked in. This was helpful.
The location felt a little weird. The hotel is tired looking. I sat on the bed and knew it would not be a comfy sleep. The allocated room had a weird smell. I reported it right away and the lady on reception moved us.

The room was a good size and very clean. Housekeeping serviced the room daily. They made the bed, replaced towels, and refreshed the coffee station (I really appreciated that). The location was great. It was only a few minutes walk to where I needed to be. Reception staff were always polite and friendly.

uncomfortable beds limited range
the staff at reception were friendly enough.
The room i was given wasn't very clean. I noticed dirt in several places. the beds were also uncomfortable, something i really wasn't expecting. breakfast wasn't great either. There wasn't a lot to choose from, and the machines ran out of juice.
