great location helpful staff bar voucher worn carpets special plugs missing socket

The location was great, especially since it was my first time in the city. I appreciated how close it was to the station and several pubs. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay. I also liked the option to skip room service and receive a voucher for two drinks at the bar.

The carpets seemed worn, and the walls were darker than expected. The room felt very corporate. Special plugs were used for the side lights. This meant there was no regular UK plug socket by the bed. I had to ask for an extension lead for medical equipment I needed to sleep with.

the room was clean the bed comfortable price FINE.

the bathroom looked tired it was not in great condition i noticed mould on tiles the bath side felt loose paintwork was chipped in the room and bathroom the towels did not feel fresh they also felt old it was very disappointing.

Really good Stay in the City Center

convenient location comfortable bed clean room nice seating

The location was very convenient. It was only a five-minute walk to the train station. It was also a short walk to Leeds Trinity, a big plus for exploring. The room was very clean and well kept. I found the bed comfortable and there was a nice seating area.

The pillows were not very supportive. I found them to be uncomfortable.
