uninterested staff excessive noise

I had hoped for better from this place the reception staff seemed uninterested when I asked for assistance. My request for extra towels was ignored and the minibar remained empty throughout my stay. The noise from nearby rooms was excessive and sleep was often disrupted. the lack of attention to guest needs definitely detracted from my stay it was not good.

This hotel boasts beautiful decor. The vibe remains very chill. Breakfast offers a nice selection of high quality food. Double sun beds around the pool gave a cool touch.

Coffee capsules were never replaced. I stayed five nights. I received the capsules only once. I called for a refill and was told I have to pay for it. This cost five euros.

bad drain obstructed view

The breakfast was acceptable, with a wide variety of choices.

The room i was given HAD a Bad drain smell. I was told it was being taken care of, BUT the smell WAS still there when I returned later. Woke up the next morning. The SEA view was obstructed.

The breakfast offered many options. That part of my stay was acceptable.

The room i booked was quite small. This was a problem. the closet space was also insufficient. I only had four hangers. furthermore, the bathroom door did not close properly. This should have been addressed.

great number convenient location retro vibe super clean decor

I really enjoyed the pool area. It had a great number of sun beds. floats provided added to the fun. the location was also convenient with a beach right outside the hotel. the decor throughout the hotel enhanced the retro vibe. It was consistently super clean and well kept.

During checkout, a drinks bill looked that wasn't mine and it was removed. the process felt a little skeptical.

the staff were very helpful and cute, especially at breakfast, providing quick and attentive support, a very good experience. they seemed genuinely happy in their jobswith a feel good atmosphere at all times.

the hotel is in a quieter part of town, still within a short walk to the main areas and local beaches, very convenient. easy access to main roads made exploring the island simple, it was very easy. it's easy to reach near places.
