the room was clean and had a modern design, acceptable
the pool area smelled awful like drains, so i did not spend much time there it bleached my bikini. taxis were hard to get reception called but waiting times exceeded one hour to get into town i missed an event because of this

The hotel has a modern funky vibe. the pool area offers many loungers or seating options. It even has beanbags and hammocks. the room includes a rainfall shower and a decent hairdryer. staff members are polite and friendly.
breakfast had lots of choice though i thought the cooked options could be improved.

the swimming pool offers a relaxing and inviting ambience. plenty of sun loungers and bali beds are available around the pool. pool accessories are provided for guest use.

the staff is super welcome and super awesome, quality service with a smile is available. nothing was too much trouble. the staff is always happy to help and assist with requests.

The food was excellent. The hamburgers were some of the best i have tasted. the hotel restaurant offers delicious meals. a lunch of thai salad was really enjoyable.

the room was clean and very modern. i LOVED the large balcony where i could relax. the staff were friendly and helped me with all my needs. breakfast had great variety and delicious fresh food.
the pool loungers WEREN'T very comfortable. i had trouble relaxing because of it.

staff members were helpful and engaging , especially the breakfast server who gave many recommendations about local activities and provided clear directions. i APPRECIATED the prompt attention to guest needs and helpful advice given freely to enhance the travel experience.

the hotel was noisy. even in the room at night i heard everything. i did not like the location of the hotel. the neighbourhood was not the best.

The noise from the nearby streets was constant even late at night I could hear everything The walls seem thin. The room lighting was also poor especially near the mirror It made getting ready difficult. I expected better soundproofing and lighting in a room at this price point I am annoyed I paid so much for such disturbances I will remember it next time.

I stayed in a studio sea view. The breakfast offered many choices. The bus stop near the hotel allowed easy access to beaches and clubs. The restaurant called 666 was superb and offered great service..
The music inside and around the pool was a little LOUD.

the room was nice, clean and spacious. fresh towels were provided daily and the room was cleaned. i enjoyed the large balcony with loungers.
it took hours for this to be corrected and for the room to be properly set up. we requested an extra pillow three times, but it never arrived.
