friendly staffrelaxing experience
I found the staff very friendly and helpful . the decor was great and the cleanliness commendable. The hotel offered breakfast with amazing choice and quality. we had a swim-up pool room, a complimentary upgrade due to diamond membership, a relaxing experience indeed

the superior king room featured a comfortable bed and well-equipped amenities. i was happy to find the room was clean and well-kept, also it had a lovely design, which contributed to a pleasant stay.

The pool area was amazing, and sometimes a dj played music by the pool. there was also a live music by the pool every day. The beach, just a short walk away, provided hotel guests with access to dedicated loungers, so it was very comfortable.

the hotel staff was super attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. reception arranged taxis for a reasonable fare, and the service around the pool ensured access to food and drinks. i was very happy with the care and attention.

the location is amazing. direct access to the beach with complimentary sunbeds was a major plus. check-in was expertly handled, all the hotel facilities and activities were clearly explained. the front office team looked attentive and professional throughout my visit.
i noticed the car park was somewhat limited in size. the concierge team provides a chauffeur service to retrieve your car, but this created a dependency i prefer to avoid. i found myself waiting longer than expected on a couple of occasions.

breakfast was AMAZING!!! the quality and variety of food were unbelievable. the f&b team presented themselves as very professional and attentive. there was a wide selection of buffet options to choose from, offering something for everyone.

the housekeeping team ensured my room was super clean. loli, the maid, provided excellent service. she paid fantastic attention to detail in the room, with daily service that was very good. it was a pleasure!

wifi was available even on the beach, very convenient. the resort features several lovely swimming pools. these pools were set on the hillside just above the beach. the location gives lovely views.

Inconsistent Service and Overpriced Stay

I returned from a five-night stay and found it fell short of a five-star experience. The staff were often inattentive. For instance, I ordered a drink and it was forgotten.. I had to re-order. I also discovered the resort seemed overpriced. The hot food was not great either.
