fantastic stay near the marina

comfy bed good shower fine view quick access

The room had a very comfy bed and a good shower. Breakfast was fantastic with great choice of cooked options. The rooftop bar and pool have fine ocean views, something i really enjoyed. I also found the location to be amazing, particularly because it offered quick access to the marina and restaurants.

the hotel is next to the port so heavy cargo trucks caused noise in the morning

Adequate Stay with Some Issues

poor soundproofing ineffective air conditioning

The soundproofing REALLY needs improvement. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and the street below. It made it hard to relax. the air conditioning was not very effective. The room never really cooled down, resulting in an uncomfortably warm stay. It was FRUSTRATING.

the staff provided help when i needed it.

my seaview room faced a very noisy road. heavy truck traffic started early and continued all day. the balcony doors did not block sound effectively. the noise made it difficult to sleep past 4:30 am.

great location clean room friendly staff

the hotel had a great location close to the port. i could easily walk to many restaurants. the room was very clean. i found the staff very friendly and helpful with directions.

the room was too small for two people with luggage. i had trouble finding space for my suitcase. the hotel didn't offer a bigger room.
