The staff was friendly it was a positive .

The corridors were dark it made navigating at night difficult. My room seemed unaired the carpet was dirty. The bed had springs felt through it.

The staff was cute. I arrived late after a long drive and they were very accommodating. the bed in my room was comfortable, and the location was indeed quiet, ensuring a restful night. it was a relief to find dog-friendly accommodations with easy parking right out front. that was a huge plus!

Tiffany was very helpful. she assisted with parking and check-in. my room was upgraded. I appreciated it a lot.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, only the bar and rooms are open. not all the lights are on. It was dark in places.

Cute and Convenient Stay

friendly staff comfortable bed

The staff was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (I slept great!). Parking was easy and convenient right in front. I greatly appreciated these aspects .

The bathroom vent in my room was clogged, this did affect the air quality in a small way. I think this would be a relatively simple fix. Perhaps regular checks could resolve such issues.

The building exhibits an really good structure with a well-equipped pub. The location is excellent and offers convenient access. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel and has beautiful garden views.

The staff provided a very warm welcome upon arrival. They also handled my check-in efficiently and gave some helpful suggestions for local restaurants. They seemed to be happy to chat and assist with any questions.

the bed in the room was indeed very comfortable. the staff were helpful, especially tiffany. she offered recommendations for a local restaurant. i found the fire in the bar cute on a cold evening.

access to some bedrooms was a bit difficult with luggage due to uneven flooring
