The small lift was slow (i swear it took five minutes to go up two floors!). it's also quite cramped. I could barely fit my suitcase and myself inside. then, the shower temperature was really inconsistent. it kept switching between freezing cold and scalding hot without any warning.

the location of this accommodation proved convenient near euston station. i found the staff to be friendly and efficient. the room was adequately sized and clean. the included breakfast was just the right amount.

the beer delivery at 6.45am served as an unwelcome wake up call. it continued until 7.30. the windows had secondary double glazing. despite this they did little to block outside noise. the room also became hot. adjusting the radiators seemed ineffective.

the staff were helpful and greeted me warmly upon my arrival i found the breakfasts to be excellent and they really fueled my mornings the location is fantastic for seeing a show in the west end it is also a short walk from euston station

my room was rather small and had a dated feel i had to climb many stairs to reach it i noticed what looked to be old stains on the bathroom floor which was a small concern

The radiator was inoperable, a significant oversight. an inadequate electric heater, prone to shutting off, replaced it. lighting proved deficient, particularly in the bathroom. This presented difficulties for makeup application.
