FABULOUS stay!
fantastic location helpful staff perfect air conditioning blackout curtains
The location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the tube station, GREAT for getting around! The staff was very helpful, especially with directions. The air conditioning worked perfectly, HUGE plus. I loved the blackout curtains. I slept soundly.
The room lacked an entryway coat rack, SLIGHTLY inconvenient.

The room included hotel bathrobes and slippers, which I found a nice touch. A nespresso machine was provided, and it was very helpful for early mornings. The color scheme was great creating a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast had diverse options, including fresh fruit and a delicious avocado-egg toast. The coffee provided tasted very good, it was a great way to start the day. I also appreciated the daily biscuits!

The staff was friendly and always super helpful with any questions I had. They provided excellent service and assistance with luggage storage upon arrival and departure. Their attention to detail.

broken chain lock shower hole
the beds were acceptable.
the room door had a gap. i could see into the stairwell and the chain lock for the door was broken. it felt unsafe. the shower had a hole which didn't.

the room included a nespresso machine and pods which was useful. housekeeping serviced the room daily and provided fresh towels. a taxi rank located just outside the hotel provided easy transport.

slightly disappointed with my stay
uncomfortable bed constant noise
honestly, i wasn't thrilled with my 'comfy room'. comfy it wasn't, really. the bed felt more like a board i even think the springs tried to escape. and the noise from outside? it was like a symphony of sirens all night long. i nearly considered sleeping in the lobby. should had.
