The location is really close to paddington station. This made getting around so easy. i found the staff very friendly, which i always appreciate!!!

my room was a bit small, but i managed just fine.

helpful staff convenient location

i found the reception staff very helpful. they posted my jacket to my address after i left it at checkout. the location is convenient with short walks to paddington station.

the stairs were steep and narrow, making it challenging to carry heavy luggage.

convenient location helpful staff good breakfast clean room

i found the location very convenient (just a short walk to paddington station!). the staff were friendly and helpful . the continental breakfast was a good start to the day with breads, meat, cheese, cereal, yogurt and croissants available. the room was clean and met my needs after exploring the city each day.

the bathroom was quite small, and it made moving around a bit challenging.

the family room included two single beds and one double bed. a desk and tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. floor space was limited in the family room. the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze.

the continental breakfast included choices of cereals and toasts with different types of jam. each person received one croissant. juices and hot drinks were also available. the breakfast service worked very hard to ensure everyone was okay.

the hotel is a short walk from paddington station, approximately five minutes away. the area around the hotel is nice, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. it is easy to catch a train from heathrow from this location.

the staff were lovely and helpful throughout my stay, check-in was efficient. they were able to accommodate my request for a room on a lower floor due to health issues. i appreciated that the room was available earlier than expected.
