the roof terrace bar seemed fine.

my beautiful double room balcony was a letdown. both bathroom taps only gave hot water, not cold. the television main channels didn't sync right with the screen and the distance from the bed seemed weird since i paid extra for the room.

Very nice Boutique Hotel Experience!

I adored the location, it was SUPER convenient. I could easily walk to shopping areas and the tube station. I also enjoyed the terrace. It was really nice! The room was very spacious, and the toiletries included were of great quality. Breakfast was delicious too!

Hammering and drilling noises were sometimes a problem.

I really enjoyed the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. the location was also really awesome for shopping, transport, and tourist sites. bottled water in the room was a nice touch. i was also delighted to find the place was very clean!

i found the room decor a bit too bizarre. it might appeal to some, but it felt dreary. it also seems to need an upgrade.

helpful staff suite upgrade

The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the upgrade to a Junior Suite. It faced the street. I found it lovely. The breakfast tasted good too.

This meant noise at times. It was a minor disturbance. My room lacked coffee making facilities. I would have loved some tea in the room.

The location proved convenient. It was close to the bus stop. I easily walked to the bus stop in five minutes. The hotel desk remained staffed 24/7. I appreciated the constant availability of assistance.

The hotel lacked tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms. The room service proved slow. The carpets had stains in places. I also noticed threadbare spots on the carpets.
