the location proved quite accessible, especially with the tram stop so close. i found the staff to be very nice and helpful, especially gabriel at reception! i will surely book another stay and i am thankful for the kind service .
i noticed a lack of air conditioning in the room. this was inconvenient, particularly during warmer days, and made the room less comfortable. fans were provided, but a proper air conditioning system would improve the experience.

The staff was helpful and quick. the room had a comfortable bed. i found a 24-hour vending machine store opposite the hotel. It had six machines with various drinks and snacks. this made getting food and drinks easier when i arrived late at night.
The breakfast was a bit basic, with limited options. More variety could improve it.
