comfy bed heated floors gym equipment
i really enjoyed my visit my room was clean and modern the bed was super comfy i slept well each night. i appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom it was a nice touch especially in the morning. the gym had good equipment for a workout so i didn't miss my routine.
i noticed a slight delay in getting hot water in the shower each morning it took a few minutes. it wasn't a huge issue but a little annoying before breakfast

the hotel is on a quiet street i liked that it felt safe and peaceful. it was only a short walk to the main attractions it was easy to get around.

my room was spacious and well-designed i liked the modern decor. there were bathrobes in the closet which was very useful after using the spa. i also appreciated the charging ports near the bed they were easily accessible.

the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of food everything was fresh. i really enjoyed the variety of options available there was something for everyone. the breakfast area was clean and well kept i was impressed.

the staff was always helpful and friendly they were very responsive to my requests. nick was particularly helpful he provided useful recommendations. the on-line check-in made my arrival quick and easy i appreciated that

broken air conditioning no compensation
the breakfast was acceptable, with a decent selection of items available (nothing too special though).
i was really annoyed that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly . the hotel staff was unable to fix the ac unit, and they did not offer a room change or any compensation for the inconvenience. it made sleeping quite difficult.

The room featured a great sauna (I used it every day!). The customer service impressed me, great. Breakfast offered amazing variety.
The hotel's parking can be slightly difficult (plan ahead!).

large selection ironing board
The breakfast offered a large selection of options (it had something for everyone). I particularly enjoyed the smoked salmon. The room included both an iron and an ironing board, which i found very useful.
The hotel was a little difficult to find initially.
