The room was clean, a detail I appreciate. The good breakfast started each day wonderfully. I found the location quite convenient! as it made exploring easy. I especially liked the modern room design.

I didn't like that the hotel offered an upgrade but canceled it very late.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

The location was excellent. It was just a short walk from the bus stop across the road. the bed provided a very comfortable experience, important for a good night's rest. i found the breakfast selection fairly comprehensive, and it had a variety of items to choose from (the pastries were a real treat).

The check-in process took about 40 minutes due to a queue. It seemed understaffed during peak hours.

the hotel features a breakfast area, where i could enjoy a wide selection of food, including hot dishes and fresh fruit. there were plenty of tables and the area was kept clean.

the staff was very kind and helpful, always available to answer my questions and provide assistance. i found them to be attentive and professional during my entire stay. they really enhanced my experience (i appreciated the warm welcome!).
