mixed feelings about the stay

the location WAS good in the city centre.

the room had ergonomics problems. when i opened the door, i could not see the switches. i needed to manage putting the card to the holder in the darkness, quite annoying. there were also numerous similar problems in the room.

the location was decent grocery stores and restaurants are close by it was also quiet since the hotel is in a courtyard

the room was disappointing the air conditioning did not work and i could not open the windows i reported it but nobody fixed it the bathroom sink also had drainage problems it was more like a small pool

I appreciated the kettle and fridge in the room. The reception staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. Everything i needed was there. The hairdryer in the room was also a convenient amenity.

the window in my ground floor room would not open. This made the air quality poor, as I believe the ventilation was not working properly, though the receptionist insisted it was. The humidity was not removed after showering.

The location was acceptable.

I had issues with the AC. The AC filter looked to be full of dust. It probably has not been changed in years. I had to book another place after just one night.
