i had a quick, efficient check-in and even got upgraded to a room on the 12th floor. the room felt spacious, comfortable, and clean. bus stops for the airport are conveniently located right in front of the hotel (buses number 2 and 15). the harbor view was especially nice (i spent quite a bit of time just watching the boats). i found the bathroom amenities to be good quality.

I noticed slight wear on some of the furniture. It could perhaps use some minor updates to maintain a fresh feel.

the reception staff offered friendly, professional assistance throughout my stay. i especially appreciated their help with directions to nearby restaurants and shops. they knew my name and coffee preferences by the second morning (such great attention!).

the room included a big shower along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. the bed was wonderfully wide (i enjoyed stretching out completely!). the room also came with a big tv.

the breakfast buffet had a superb variety of very fresh products. the bar on the 30th floor has an amazing view and a stylish atmosphere (i recommend it). horison bar and restaurant on the 30th floor is an absolute must-go, particularly for dinner and drinks at sunset time.

The staff were friendly in all areas. Some were really helpful and flexible. quick and efficient check-in was offered, and i was upgraded to a room with a magnificent sea view from the 12th floor. check-out was very efficient as well.
