The location is GREAT! it's close to the terminal and a shopping mall. the room was spacious. I loved it. baltic sea views were right outside the big windows!!! the breakfast spread was huge and sufficient too. it was well-attended, even running close to full capacity.

i did find the bed a tad hard, though it was still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

the hotel arranged a complimentary gift, non-alcoholic prosecco and macarons, when they learned about my niece's birthday, and it was delivered promptly to our room. the selection available for breakfast was very extensive. i found the staff to be responsive and helpful.

the room was clean and the curtains kept out the light effectively, so sleeping in was easy. i had a good size room with comfortable beds, and the facilities were modern. the room was equipped with all necessary amenities.

the view from the suite was nice. the breakfast had plenty of options.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work properly, though it was listed as an amenity (i was hoping for a cool escape from the summer heat). also, the cleaning service wasn't consistent. One day, they forgot to replace the towels, quite inconvenient.

The location was great it was only a three minute walk from the harbor this was convenient. The room was very clean the bed was huge and comfortable. Clean towels soap and shampoo were provided. Free tea and coffee were available i thought that was very kind.

The air conditioning in my room did not work although it was promised in the room description this was a bit unfortunate.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options i saw fresh fruits and vegetables. There was also a selection of baltic options with dark bread and herring. The coffee machine produced great coffee.
