"The bathroom area and sauna were great although with having visitors from various countries it would be easier if the sauna was just operated by one switch as the two dials and corresponding instructions although in English didn't correspond to the dials easily...however a member of staff came and helped us straight away and all was fine!"

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was also quite good (i loved the selection of pastries).
The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. the carpet in the room had some stains, not ideal.

The location works great. You have very close proximity to the city center. A shopping mall called Viru is nearby. I could buy soft drinks from the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

i appreciated the hotel's central location a lot i found it very convenient for accessing tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered a good variety of options i found the selection plentiful. i was grateful for the clean and tidy room it.
the street could get a bit noisy at times it slightly disturbed my sleep.
