The room had convenient private garden access. It was like a little secret (i loved that!). Complimentary mineral water was available around the clock, a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast included a great buffet with many fresh options. It made my mornings easy.
The room faced the corridor and this meant I heard a lot of noise and doors shutting as people came and went at different hours.

the location near the metro station is convenient (i appreciate that).
The pillows were terrible. i also found that daily cleaning was almost nonexistent. The bedding was straightened, but nothing else seemed to be touched. if something was a bit dirty, it stayed exactly the same.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the u-bahn station. It made getting around very easy. the secure, off-street parking was useful since i travel in an suv. at night, the area was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep.
i noticed a lack of daily cleaning services. Towels and the shower mat were not changed during my four-day stay. also, the absence of a kettle in the room was inconvenient..

the location is very convenient with bus and train stops only two minutes away. i found good spots for dining and drinks nearby. the staff provided complimentary coffee in the bar area from 2pm-7pm. the powerful shower was much appreciated after a long day.
The pillows were not comfortable. They were the worst i have ever experienced.
