machine variety comfortable bed
I found the gym had a wide variety of machines (a unexpected delight). breakfast was really good. I savored the comfortable bed and the convenient location near the subway.

non working air conditioning street noise
The pool was beautiful.
The air conditioning did NOT work. Street noise was present, even on the 7th floor when windows were open. The tv had technical issues. It would turn itself off, and the sound was out of sync at times.

Awesome Hotel Stay!
convenient location friendly staff nice visit
The location was super convenient, near the zoo and public transportation. Staff were very friendly and even sent a surprise to the room. The bar staff were funny and helpful too. It really was a nice visit.
The pool was cold. It. the sauna was closed for repairs, disappointing.

The staff were really polite and helpful. They were particularly attentive at breakfast. Staff demonstrated great kindness when they delivered a nice surprise to my mom's room, because they knew it was her birthday, so that was special. This.

My room was on the ninth floor and it was quiet. The rooms are large, ensuring ample space. The room had all the necessary care packages. Therefore, you do not have to worry if you forget your toothbrush.

The pool is available. It provides a refreshing escape during the summer heat. I found a gym open twenty-four hours. A spa with great offerings awaits guests, if they choose to make use of these.

the breakfast was very complete. rooms was spacious, and had all the amenities needed. the location were good for getting around. the wifi worked good too.
the hotel gym was too small. there was not enought equipments. the pool was too crowded most of the time.
