the hotel is amazing location in the city center. it is easy to reach from the railway station, only a short walk. i found it very convenient to access the shopping center.
I noticed the room seemed a bit too warm. There was no air conditioning provided.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. they promptly addressed my inquiries and provided directions to local attractions. housekeeping maintained the room daily, it was very clean and tidy.

this hotel has a good central location, near the railway station and a tram stop. i like early check-in, so i appreciated this service. the room was nice and neat too.
i was surprised this hotel in a major city did not have an english tv news channel.
