The breakfast offered many choices and staff refilled the food quickly. I found the bed very comfortable and enjoyed the rainfall shower. The staff were lovely and the environment felt very relaxed. Trams stopped right outside making transport easy.

The room was quite small and it was a little difficult to move around comfortably with luggage.

Helpful staff worked at reception ready to assist with any queries guests had. The restaurant provided excellent service alongside a good atmosphere. The Sky Bar gave access to great views on the 16th floor of the building.

the breakfast had many options. staff were quick to refill foods that were almost out. the location is great for catching the ferry (very handy!). the hotel is quiet and super clean.

the windows were small and could not be opened. there were no bathrobes in the room. the sauna felt cold.
