the staff was very helpful and friendly, this. the breakfast had many options and fresh choices. i also liked the location near parks and lakes.

the air conditioning was not working properly, it was too cold all night. i set the temperature to 23c, but it didn't respond. it also made quite a bit of noise.

the hotel has good localization near parks and lakes! the tram stop is around the corner and there is a 24-hour shop nearby where transport tickets can be bought:! the central location is really great!

the room included nice slippers and a robe! teas and coffee were also included and all hair and body washes were really nice quality and didn't irritate my skin! cleaning was daily! this made things more comfortable regarding the towels and glasses.

The breakfast had many vegan options. I found that really liked. the wellness area enhanced my stay, and i appreciated it. the design reflected the hotel's name with an abundance of light. but the bed sheets were perfect!

The air conditioning did not work optimally. The room became quite hot during the night.

The breakfast was substantial. There were loads of choices I could pick from. The mattress in my room was comfortable and I got a good night's sleep.

The jacuzzi felt very cold during my entire stay. It also seemed that the spa area was constantly busy. There was too many children running around.
