the location is perfect i think, it made it easy to explore everything i needed. the staff were helpful and cute to me. breakfast had variety i noticed. alina's warm smile stood out during busy service.
i have one tiny regret, the view from my room looked toward another building.

breakfast was excellent and varied. the location allowed easy access to many attractions. the room had soundproofed windows. i found the bed very comfortable, always important for a good rest.
i must say, there was a slight delay during check in.

The location was great. the hotel had an art deco style that felt really good. we had a lux double room. It was superb with a high ceiling and tall windows.
I arrived at 12.20pm, and check-in was from 3pm. i was told my room was ready, but i had to pay a fee to go up early. i declined the offer. It left a bad taste in my mouth. the hotel should consider whether they want to continue this practice.

i found the location convenient to access many downtown spots including shopping and restaurants i also loved the excellent breakfast i think the staff are friendly the hotel is close to major attractions and city shops it is great
i had a problem with the room's temperature regulation the hotel did not provide adequate information regarding facilities and city tips i think improvements could be made despite this i had a wonderful stay overall
