big bathroom unique lobby professional staff
The room had a bathtub, which I enjoyed. The lobby looked very unique. The staff was friendly and very professional. I thought the parking was conveniently available.

tired decor executive rooms
location is acceptable. the hotel is close to the city center.
the rooms decor is dated, i found it tired. there are not enough lights in the rooms. i found that the condition of the executive rooms is not worth the cost.

a good stay
comfortable room accommodating staff old style dark room
the breakfast was really good! i loved all the excellent options available. the rooms were really comfortable and the staff was very accommodating after some travel changes.
I think the hotel feels a bit old in style though it all works fine. i would call it at best 4-star not 5-star. The rooms are very dark, it was hard to read in my room at night.

Excellent Stay!
food choice great assistance
The breakfast had lots of food to choose from. The glass elevator was also amazing, and I really enjoyed the experience, i found the staff helpful. They provided great assistance and service.
The hotel charged me €50 per night as a security deposit. This happened just in case I took a drink from the fridge in my room, something I found a bit unnecessary.

The hotel is close to a tram stop and various shops. I found it convenient after figuring out the local tram routes.

The hotel features a pool and a sauna available . There is also a weight room with free weight dumbbells and various machines for a full workout. I thought it was great that the hotel provided such comprehensive wellness options.

The restaurant serves tasty food and the breakfast buffet has lots of options. There is an abundance of Vegan and Vegetarian options in addition to standard meat options. The variety ensured everyone could find something they enjoyed.

The staff are nice and friendly and ready to help with any inquiry or request. I received prompt responses to pre-stay emails and found the team to be very accommodating to my needs.
