dirty coffee cupsshower leak

the room took too long to cool down it was frustrating the fridge inside wasn't cold either the housekeeping was not very good the coffee cups were dirty the shower leaked water i was not happy at all

soundproofing issues

And don't get me started on the nonexistent soundproofing. It was like sleeping in the hotel lobby. Every creak, conversation, and questionable karaoke performance echoed right into our room. Next time, I might just bring earplugs and a step counter to make the most of those stairs.
