Acceptable but flawed stay

constant airplane noise single-use plastic

The constant airplane noise was more than I anticipated. It disrupted any chance of complete relaxation. I recommend bringing earplugs. The hotel also shows signs of wear. The electronic door required multiple key card swipes and plastic finishing was peeling. I noticed water damage on staircases and a general need for maintenance. I really disliked the amount of single-use plastic the hotel uses. Despite declining it, there were times it was unavoidable and this prevents me from returning to this hotel.

The location was fine. At least the animation team was active and engaging, with activities throughout the day.

My room faced the back of the hotel. It was dated! This wasn't what I expected. There was no storage space for my belongings. I essentially lived out of my suitcase .

fantastic stay!

The staff was helpful and kind (i loved it!). we booked a sea-view double room, and i was upgraded to a family room with a sea view too! due to my flight delay, i arrived after dinner time, but i called in advance, and the hotel pre-organized dinner in my fridge. the animation team was great. My daughter loved the water slide!

i found that the drinks at the bar near the pool weren't up to par. i tried a blue lagoon, but it tasted off. instead, i bought bottled water and cans of coke zero from the shop, as the pump drinks weren't good.

The restaurant staff was friendly, though they could have been more proactive in seating guests. Sometimes you needed to find your own table. receptionists were helpful and cute.

The pool area is well-kept, even though the pool's cleanliness could be better with more frequent cleanings. the small shop on site offers a convenient selection of items. Prices match those of nearby supermarkets.
