The hotel's service was efficient. The staff always responded promptly to requests. My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The breakfast buffet provided a wide selection of hot and cold items each morning. I found many options.
I had to wait a bit longer than expected at times.

the STAFF here was very polite and upbeat. i even received a free upgrade from a pool view to a sea view because the initial room had a single bed instead of the two requested. breakfast included vegan options such as vegan milk and fruit.
the CARPETS and decor seemed a bit worn.

large swimming poolextra bed
The swimming pool was large. I appreciated the readily available pool towels supplied by the hotel! The room was spacious. Housekeeping added an extra bed topper, made a big difference, when I mentioned the bed felt too hard.
the wifi was the WORST I have ever experienced! It kept cutting out every few minutes.
