Great Hotel Experience
clean rooms great selection
The rooms were clean upon arrival. The staff provided daily cleaning services and fresh towels. The hotel's location is close to the beach. I found a great selection of drinks and cocktails.
The food had limited options. Many evenings the food was questionably cold for me.

the location was convenient with shops nearby and proximity to the city center.
the towels looked worn. the staff, though lovely, did not fully compensate for the dated facilities (i expected better from a 4-star hotel).

attentive staff comfy beanbags cocktail list outdated rooms fair food basic room
the staff were very attentive. they couldn't do enough for you. i also found the pool lovely. there were plenty of sunbeds available and big soft comfy beanbags, which i liked. finally, there was a nice list of cocktails available to choose from.
the room i had was okay. it was cleaned daily though. the food had a fair choice but was hot. i didn't think it was anything special. i feel the rooms could be updated.

great location friendly staff daily cleaning basic amenities worn towels broken air conditioning
the location was amazing. it was very close to the beach (just a short, sweet walk!). the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms were cleaned daily, a nice touch.
i found the room amenities somewhat basic. there was only one bottle of water in the minibar and the towels felt quite worn. the air conditioning never worked for the whole week (i tried to fix it every day).

repetitive breakfast inconsistent cleaning
The breakfast was quite repetitive. I found the selection limited and not very exciting. the room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days it was thorough, others just basic, a little DISAPPOINTING.

wonderful retreat
comfortable bed satisfying variety convenient location delicious experience
the room had dimensions that surprised me (in a very nice way!), and the beds allowed for restful sleep. dinner and breakfast offered a satisfying variety, with turkish breakfast and western options. the dinner buffet changed daily, a delicious experience. the hotel's location is wonderfully convenient for beach access and shopping.
I found that the gym equipment needed some attention. Several machines were out of service, and the gym space was generally small.

The hotel benefits from its strategic positioning. It allows easy access to both the historic areas and the main transportation hubs. this makes exploring the region simple, especially for day trips and longer excursions. it's a central location with much to offer.

the room provided ample space and included nice touches (like a welcome gift) that enhanced the stay. complimentary items were a delight. the design was modern and functional, with practical storage solutions and good lighting throughout the room.

the swimming pool was very clean, with a comfortable water temperature perfect for swimming. i found the spa services reasonably priced and very relaxing. the hammam experience was a great way to unwind and rejuvenate after a day of exploring.
