the variety of food exceeded my expectations especially the main dishes i liked that there were free cooled water dispensers throughout the hotel premises we also got two free bottles of water in our room daily the drinks were all inclusive in each bar. i found it handy to have a mini market and some clothing stores in the complex the swimming pools provided ample space for everyone.

the covers on the bed did not reach the full width it caused some issues during the night.

i found some aspects of my stay disappointing. the covers on the bed were too small (a detail easily overlooked). housekeeping kept removing the extra duvet i had to find. also, the fridge inside the cupboard didn't cool properly, so milk spoiled quickly.

Fantastic Family Getaway

The multiple pools were a real highlight for us, each with unique shapes and sizes. My daughter loved the water fountains scattered around the hotel with recyclable cups, a great touch! The beach was also a great option, with available sunbeds even when the pool area was crowded.

I did notice some inconsistency in service at the restaurant, and the staff looked to pay more attention to regular guests, especially during lunch. This made me a bit uncomfortable. I also found the evening entertainment somewhat lacking, as it seemed primarily geared towards British tourists. This made it less enjoyable for others.

the hotel food had a high standard. there were many options to choose from. the staff were amazing. they were really friendly and helpful. the hotel was nice and a lot of work goes into maintaining its cleanliness and the grounds. the room included a fridge and a balcony.

there was no designated non-smoking area. smoking was permitted everywhere including by the pool. the sun loungers around the pool were closely packed together. it was difficult to get two sun loungers together. the bed covers did not fully cover the bed.

the pools was amazing and clean. they were also of different shapes and sizes. the staff was also very helpful, even with my broken turkish, they helped me.

the shop prices at the hotel were crazy. it costed seven euros for a pack of crisps. also the entertainment at night was terrible, except one night a african show was great.
