irfan and the team were helpful. the hotel is very close to the main attractions. gulhane tram station is just around the corner at a two minute walk. there are many nice places to eat nearby. the staff are very friendly and kind.
the furniture in the room showed some wear.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Mehmet and Irfan was great! The breakfast offered delicious options, and it had considerable variety each morning.
The noise from the hallway was slightly noticeable. The soundproofing could improve a little.

the location was acceptable, close to the tram line.
The room i got was smaller than i expected, it felt cramped. also, there was a persistent, unpleasant smell in the bathroom. the breakfast was not good. I found the selection very limited and unappealing.
