I found a bus stop right next to the hotel, VERY convenient. Metro access was also within walking distance. This made getting around quite easy. The hotel staff offered assistance whenever I needed it, which I REALLY appreciated. I definitely had a nice stay.

The hotel included a closed swimming pool along with a hammam. A restaurant on the top floor provided beautiful views. The gym had multiple treadmills with several stationary bikes, so I could keep up with my fitness routine.

Solid stay near the Bosphorus

The housekeeping service was really good. The team promptly addressed our request late at night after we forgot to turn off the lights. The reception staff, particularly Mr Furkan, were very helpful and provided excellent service . Early check-in was accommodated without issue, a great convenience after a long journey. I really appreciated the honesty of the team when I left my watch behind.
The gym equipment seemed quite outdated, like it was from the 1980s, making workouts less appealing.

Breakfast included many options. I received a complimentary orange juice during the breakfast service which was nice. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, though the food was not the best.
