I found the breakfast options quite limited and not particularly fresh or exciting that was disappointing The staff treated us unfairly when they overcharged us for a pillowcase it had a small amount of hair oil on it

the hotel really delivered . i received an upgrade to a beautiful double room sea view, a great surprise! the room had a wonderful view. also, the staff provided a pillow menu, this helped me find a perfect pillow for my sleep.

I found the shuttle schedule to be a little inconvenient. The limited timings made planning a bit difficult.

The staff offered really good service. Parisa and Huda Mohamed were particularly helpful. Ali Othman is a great man too. I will certainly return to this hotel on my next visit.

The location IS somewhat distant from main tourist areas.
