my room was quite comfortable with a king bed. i appreciated the hotel provided a shuttle service to taksim square, it ran hourly. the breakfast had a good variety of options, including some local specialties. i felt secure with helpful security personnel present.

the front desk asked for a deposit and refunded it in local currency instead of euros, this felt inconvenient.

my room was a beautiful twin room. the bed was very comfortable. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and separate sink. the room offered ample space for luggage and movement. the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to taksim square, a helpful service.

i encountered an issue when the television frequently went offline. it required constant resetting, an inconvenience . it disrupted my viewing experience and i hope they address it.

clean room helpful staff delicious food

the gym had 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes. our beautiful twin room was very clean. the staff provided useful tips for navigating the city. the food was amazing!!!
