The hotel sits conveniently between Gulhane and Sirkeci tram stations. The nearby metro station offered easy travel options around the area. I found great facilities, including a sauna, steam room and an indoor pool. Though weather prevented me from using it, the rooftop pool offers amazing views.

The location was excellent, it was only a few minutes walk from iconic landmarks. The triple room had three single beds. It was very comfortable and super clean. I want to thank Guzra. Her kindness, attentiveness, and support stood out.

I paid extra to have a balcony and a big room. What i got was a very small room with a tiny bathroom. The reception said the hotel was full, i didn't believe them seeing the few guests. I asked the receptionist to book me a transfer to the airport, but her colleagues knew nothing about it. This caused me to wait.

the breakfast was acceptable.

i found several issues . the bathroom lacked proper maintenance. the shower drain was clogged, it caused water to accumulate, and the sink faucet dripped constantly, these problems created a very unpleasant experience.

The location was really nice. It was super close to the main sights. an amazing bonus was that the sauna, the steam room, and the pool were included in the price. the staff was always ready to help.

the maintenance of the cleanliness of the rooms was low. also, the rooms let some noise pass through. this was a little disturbing at times.
