the staff was really friendly. the food had great value, reasonable prices, generous portions, and good quality. the beds were comfy and housekeeping kept it tidy. water pressure in the bathroom was perfect. i could easily adjust the temperature. location is ideal, everything is within a short walk.

my room was a bit small. it would have been nicer with more space to move around. i noticed it mostly when trying to unpack my luggage.

the breakfast featured diverse choices, satisfying various dietary needs. i found options for both english and continental preferences. chef kamal prepared daily specials. made-to-order omelettes were available.

the hotel is near many significant sites. aya sofia, blue mosque, topkapi palace, gulhane park, and grand bazaar are easily accessible by foot. metro and tram stations are also very close, providing access to the wider area.

The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly. breakfast offered a wide range of choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the hotel's location near major attractions made sightseeing very easy.

the gym equipment is a bit old.
