faulty air conditioning noisy location

the air conditioning system did not work. it was far too hot in the room. the reception staff tried their best , but nothing changed. my room was beside the reception , so it was very noisy at all times. the mattress also needs replacing soon as it sagged too much.

the staff demonstrated high professionalism. faruk from guest relations offered special attention. i received a surprise upgrade to a mini suite beautiful for my anniversary. the room offered excellent comfort and cleanliness.

the television lacked any english channels. this limited my entertainment options. i expected a wider range of international channels .

i found the location convenient for tourist sites. the room included helpful amenities. the breakfast buffet offered delicious choices with variety. the staff members ege and ibrahim were really good in their assistance.

i did notice a slight issue, the bathroom floors were not heated. the marble felt quite cold, especially during the winter.

The hotel location allowed easy access to main attractions. The room was clean and spacious with great amenities. Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, cheese, fruit and sweets. Staff members were helpful and friendly attending to our needs promptly.

The bathroom floors were not heated, made the marble feel cold .
