quiet area helpful staff varied dishes fast internet
i loved the hotel's location near many restaurants and the tram it made getting around easy the staff was very helpful especially with transport the breakfasts had varied hot dishes i enjoyed the fast internet too
i found that my room had few toiletries upon check-in a minor inconvenience

the location was convenient for accessing key sites.
I was given a room that seemed like a cubicle. It barely fit my luggage. i inquired about the size difference compared to the pictures online, and i was informed that double rooms came in various sizes. the reception initially promised a different room the next day but then suggested i pay for an upgrade. it seemed like a tactic to get more money out of me, and it.

easy tram access soft touch free water small gestures
The location IS superb. it is very near the tram station. This made getting around town easy. the room included slippers for use, a very soft touch. there are also two bottles of water provided EVERY day, free of charge. these small gestures added a lot.
Breakfast became a little samey after a few mornings. There could be more variety.

the hotel provided excellent access to major attractions. the staff was helpful with directions, with easy navigation. i found the room clean and well kept, which contributed positively to my stay.
the tea and coffee in the rooms were limited! and the provided paper cups were not ideal for hot drinks.

repetitive breakfast indifferent staff
i was a bit let down by the breakfast. it felt repetitive after a few days, lacking variety. also, the staff weren't always the most attentive. some seemed indifferent, which wasn't very cute.
